Our Kindness Promise – Returns & Exchanges Made Easy!
At Monarch Botanika, kindness is at the heart of everything we do—from supporting monarchs to caring for your skin, and yes, even handling returns! We want you to love your products as much as we do, but if for any reason you don’t, we’ve got your back with our simple, no-questions-asked return and exchange policy.
How It Works:
You’ve got 30 days after receiving your product to request a return or exchange. Whether you’re looking for a different item or a refund, the process is as smooth as butterfly wings.
- Start your return: Email us at info@monarchbotanika.com.
- Prepare your package: Make sure the item is in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If it's a skincare product, the container should have approximately 70% of the product remaining. Don’t forget your receipt or proof of purchase!
- Send it back: Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. Please note, a $7 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping label. Additionally, if your order did not qualify for free shipping, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues?
Oops, did something go wrong? If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, let us know right away! We’ll make it right—because that’s what our Kindness Promise is all about.

We don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, just shoot us a message—we’re happy to help!
Need an Exchange?
The fastest way to get what you really want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. Keep in mind, it might take your bank or credit card company a little extra time to process and post the refund.
